Although the staff was friendly during our stay, one employee at the front desk stood out as unhelpful when we needed a crib for our baby, causing us long waits twice. The location was decent, close to shops, and we appreciated the shuttle service, which was timely and efficient. Overall, it felt like a poor representation of Sheraton.
